Notice: Delivery time = Tailoring or Processing time + Shipping time

1. Processing: The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order (while some items may need 3-5 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.

  • Standard Order:  about 3-5 working days to produce + around 8-12 working days for delivery with Economy shipping method & 4-6 working days with Express shipping method;
  • Lace Front Wigs Order: about 4-5 working days to produce + around 8-12 working days for delivery with Economy shipping method & 4-6 working days with Express shipping method;
  • Full Lace Wigs Order: about 4-5 working days to produce + around 8-12 working days for delivery with Economy shipping method & 4-6 working days with Express shipping method;
  • Monofilament Wigs Order: about 5-7 working days to produce + around 8-12 working days for delivery with Economy shipping method & 4-6 working days with Express shipping method;

2. We have reached friendly and in-depth cooperation with the international first-class shipping logistics companies. Including but not limited to: UPS, DHL, USPS, FEDEX, CNE, TNT, EMS, etc. 

3. We offer FREE standard Shipping for the order over $99 & Free Express Shipping for the order over $299 for most countries. Express shipping methods also are available but they are all not free, please kindly note more below.

1) "Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout. Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. The shipping time mentioned above is just ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival), and most of our shipped parcels can be delivered within this time frame.  

 2) Please fill in the address. Please do not fill in the P.O. BOX address. Orders placed to APO/FPO, Kindly note the deliveries to Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific are NOT FREE. Shipping cost depends on the carrier's rate. Additionally, the delivery might take longer than usual due to limited logistics options in these areas.Upgraded delivery is not available for these destinations. 

3) Please leave the sufficient details of your shipping address to ensure smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can accurate to Apt/unit number.  Please note that Wigkiss is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by Wigkiss.

5. Process:

Place order → You will receive an order confirmation letter → We will process the order within 24 hours → The goods are issued (10-15 business days) - You receive the goods
